Wallace Coleman 



SYLVESTER — Wallace Coleman, 57, of GA Hwy. 125 North, Tifton, died Monday, May 

28, 2007, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton. 



The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at First African Baptist Church in 

Sylvester with interment in Shepard Memorial Garden in Sylvester. The Rev. 

Terrell Carter will officiate. 



Born June 8, 1949, in Worth County, Mr. Coleman was educated in the Worth 

County Public School System. He graduated from J.W. Holley High School in 1968. 

Mr. Coleman was a maintenance technician for the Tift County Housing Authority. 



Survivors include his wife, Lucille Griffin Coleman; three sons, Vincent T. 

Coleman, Travis Neloms, Wallace P. Coleman; one daughter, Renee M. Brown; one 

brother, Travis Coleman; one sister, Brenda Sue Coleman; one aunt, Elizabeth 

Moses; five grandchildren; mother and father-in-law, Willie Mae Griffin and 

James Griffin.
