Romey Frank Pierson

Mr. Romey Frank Pierson of Ocilla died Wednesday, August 19, 1998, at Palmyra 
Medical
Center. He was 77.	
Mr. Pierson was born May 3, 1921, in Swiss, WV. He was retired and he had 
served in the military during World War II. Mr. Pierson had lived in Ocilla for 
the past three years, moving here from Tifton. '
Survivors include his wife, Connie Pierson of Ocilla and one daughter, Marsha 
Cox of PA. '
Graveside services were held at Ocilla Cemetery on Friday, August 21, with Mayor
Freeman Jones officiating. !
Pallbearers were Donnie Youghn, Billy Hancock, Jimmy'Cox, Pat Hodnett, Jack 
Sumner
and Rick Bostelman.
	Paulk Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements
