 Horace E. Pearman, 81, of Chula died June 10, 2004 at Tift Regional Medical 
Center in Tifton.

 Born August 19, 1922 in Tifton to the late Elbert and Viola Bass Pearman, he 
was a farmer and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

 Survivors include his wife, Martha Jane Veale Pearman; two sons, Leroy Pearman 
of Winter Springs, FL and Elton Pearman of Chula; one daughter, Sandra Taylor 
of Nashville; two brothers, Frank Pearman of Chula and Lamar Pearman of Tifton; 
one sister, Vera Mae Goodman of Chula; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

 Funeral services were held June 13 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Bowen-Donaldson 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Layfield and Mr. Dan Taylor officiating.

 Interment was in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

 Pallbearers were Nathan Pearman, Steffen Pearman, Clay Pate, Steve Pearman, 
Joe Grasser, Murray Roberson, Winfred Roberson, Billy Carter.

 Bowen-Donaldson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
