They lived in Tifton. He was an electrician, also worked for Henry Tift, a banker in Tifton who had a daughter that the college there was named after.

Monroe McSwain He was married to my grandmother,Euni,OQuinn MCSWAIN around 1902 My grandfather was struck by lightining,in front of his fireplace in his home, in August of 1904. According to a news article from the Macon Telegraph he was a prominent, well liked and up and coming young farmer. This is all the information I have ever been able to glean. Would you please check marriage and death records around that time. I am now nearing seventy-two (72) myself and I would like to know from whence I have come. Thank you very much, Leon M. McSwain
